Returning Customers:

• Sign in using your email address and password. If you forget your password, click here. Your email address serves as a convenient way to receive important information about your order. It serves as your jackspade.com account identification. Your account stores information such as your billing and shipping addresses.
• Step 1: Addresses. Select or enter a billing address. Next, select or enter the shipping address where you would like your order sent. To select an address, click the "use this address" button below the address. To add an address, complete the form at the bottom of the page and click "add to address book."
• Step 2: Shipping & Gifting. Select shipping method for your items. If you would like gift wrap, please click "yes" and write a personal gift message. Click "continue checkout."
• Step 3: Review & Payment. Confirm the product(s) in your shopping bag. If you would like to edit your shipping, delivery or billing addresses, please do so now. Select a payment method and edit if necessary. Click "submit order." Note: this is your final order review and your card will be charged.

New Customers:

• Continue Checkout. If you do not wish to create an account at this time, simply proceed by clicking "continue checkout." You will have the option to create an account later.
• Step 1: Addresses. enter a billing address. Next, enter the shipping address where you would like your order sent.

• Receipt page. After you complete the checkout process, the receipt page provides you with your order number and information about the order. print this receipt and save the order information for your records. You will need this information for all references to your order. Please note: we cannot change or cancel an order once it has been placed. To save your information and create an account, fill out the information and click "create account."
