Return Instructions

Returns to our Online Store

The packing slip in your package will contain detailed instructions to easily return an order. Please note: Items purchased at a jack spade retail shop, department store, or specialty store may not be returned to our online store.

Here are the basic steps:

  1. Please refer to your packing slip for specific return information.
  2. Pack the item securely in the original package (whenever possible).
  3. Enclose the original packing slip with the item, along with the ship confirmation email (or your online purchase receipt displayed during Checkout). (Be sure to keep a copy of the packing slip for your records.)
  4. All products must be unused and undamaged, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all accessories to ensure a full credit. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with this policy.
  5. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. For easy returns, use the pre-paid return label for a $7.95 usage fee. This fee will be deducted from the amount of credit due. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
  6. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return. Unless your packing slip directs you to ship an item to a different address (and if so, follow such directions), ship the return package to:

  7. Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to the warehouse.
  8. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of receiving your returned product. You will be refunded the shipping cost only if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part. If you use the pre-paid return label, $7.95 will be deducted from the credit amount due. Your refund will include the cost of the item, plus any applicable sales tax. 

 

Returns to a JACK SPADE Retail Shop

It is easy to return products purchased at jackspade.com to any JACK SPADE retail shop.
Just follow these steps:

  1. Find the nearest JACK SPADE retail shop by using our Store Locator. Items purchased at jackspade.com may only be returned to jackspade.com or a JACK SPADE retail shop. They cannot be returned to a department store or specialty store.
  2. Before visiting the store, place the item securely in the original package.
  3. Enclose the bottom portion of the original packing list with return reason noted with the item. Be sure to keep a copy of the packing list for your records. If you cannot send your packing list, please include your order number, billing name, and address with the item.
  4. All products must be unused and undamaged, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all accessories to ensure a full credit. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with this policy.
  5. Take the item, original packing slip and ship confirmation email to any JACK SPADE retail shop.
  6. The store associate will process your return and issue you a credit. Please allow 30 days for the credit to appear on your billing statement. Please note, if you return an item you purchased online at jackspade.com to a JACK SPADE retail shop, your original shipping costs will not be refunded.
