Return Rules and Restrictions
- Returns will be accepted through january 25, 2013 for all non-final sale items.
- Sale merchandise discounted greater than 50 percent off is final sale and cannot be returned online or in our retail stores.
- Products must be in good condition with hangtags attached.
- When shipping a return, you must include the return form or bottom portion of the original packing list. Be certain to save copies for your records.
- Shipping and handling costs, gift box costs and other charges are non-refundable.
- Price adjustments will be honored within 7 days of the original purchase date, with the original receipt and will be refunded in the original form of payment.
- In the case of shipping damages, please contact the carrier or our customer service department at (877) 917-JACK (5225).
- You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. Your refund will include the cost of the item, plus any applicable sales tax.
- If you choose to return your online purchase to a jack spade retail shop, you must present the original packing list and ship confirmation email (or your online purchase receipt displayed during checkout). Without a receipt of any kind, you will be offered an exchange or merchandise credit for the item.
- Items purchased at a jack spade retail shop, department store, or specialty store may not be returned to our online store.
- We do not support returns, reships, or recredits for items shipped internationally through a third party.
