What is your surplus sale?
Our surplus sale is an event where we markdown full–price and sale items for a limited time. This event features some of the best prices of the season. Please note, regular pricing returns at the end of the sale, so hurry!
How long will it take for my order to process?
Due to a high volume of orders, it can take up to 72 hours for your items to process and ship. (Please note, it may take longer if your account is on credit hold for review.) If you have any questions, please contact our customer service team at 877-917-JACK (5225) or customerservice@jackspade.com and they will be happy to assist you.
I noticed a charge on my card, but my order did not go through. What should I do?
We will not charge your credit card until your item(s) have shipped. However, you may see an authorization hold from us when you place your order. If your order does not get processed or is canceled, the authorization hold will fall off in five to seven days.
Is there an order limit?
Shop as much as you’d like! But please note, we do have a five unit limit on purchases of a single style within the same order.
Can you ship internationally?
Currently we can only ship to the United States, U.S. territories and a limited number of European countries.
What is your return policy on sale items?
All sales are final on surplus sale purchases. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team at 877-917-JACK (5225) or customerservice@jackspade.com and they will be happy to assist you.
Can I use a promo code for the surplus sale?
No, coupons cannot be redeemed on surplus sale products. If you received a welcome email with a promo code, we invite you to use it towards a future online purchase.
Is gift wrap available on surplus sale orders?
No, gift wrap is not available on surplus sale orders.
Can I shop both the surplus sale and your regular site?
Absolutely, though the $5 shipping fee will apply, and gift wrap will not be available for your surplus sale items.
Do you price-match on surplus sale items?
No, we do not price-match for surplus sale items.
