Tom Funk is eCommerce Manager of specialty gift retailer and Internet Retailer "Best of the Web" honoree - The Vermont Teddy Bear Co., and its sister brands, including Calyx & Corolla and PajamaGram. Tom is responsible for site development and management, search engine optimization, and e-commerce performance of web sites transacting over $42 million in sales and at peak times transacting over 2,000 orders an hour. He has extensive experience in search engine and other online advertising, user experience, and online merchandising. Tom is a graduate of Middlebury College, where he received a BA in English.

Philip Jefferson, VP of Client Services, Demandware:
As Vice President of Client Services, Philip Jefferson is responsible for directing the design, structure, implementation, and continuous improvement of Demandware's solution delivery model. He brings extensive experience to his new position, spanning product development, systems integration and management advisory services in a variety of industries including finance and telecommunications among others. Before joining Demandware, Jefferson was the Global Solution Leader in the CRM Optimization Group at MasterCard. Prior to that, he was the Managing Director in charge of service offering development and delivery for Watch Hill Partners, Inc. Earlier in his career, he held senior level positions at a number of companies including Price Waterhouse, Groupe Bull, and Covansys. Jefferson holds a Bachelor's degree in engineering and computer science from Brown University.
