Most online orders for in-stock items are processed as soon as the purchase is complete. In-stock items will be shipped once payment is approved, shipping address is verified, and items are located.
Select items are not eligible for shipping outside the continental United States. A message will be displayed during the checkout process if you have one of these items in your Shopping Bag.
Pre-order items are not yet in stock but are available for advanced order on our site. Once in stock, a pre-ordered item is shipped directly to your preferred shipping address. As with all purchases on our site, you will not be charged for any item until it is shipped to you. The expected shipping date of a pre-order item is indicated on the product detail page. Note: This date is an estimate and is subject to change. Should the expected shipping day change, you will be notified via email.
After your order ships, delivery times vary, according to the shipping method you select during checkout and the location of your shipping address. Please note that business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
