When returning merchandise within the United States, return shipping is free when using the provided prepaid return label attached to your packing slip.
- We accept returns of product shipped within the United States and Canada only. We do not accept returns for items shipped internationally.
- Returns of full-price merchandise must be made within 30 days of purchase.
- Returns on sale merchandise must be made within 14 days of purchase.
- Final sale merchandise, and select promotions that are considered final sale, cannot be returned online.
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in good condition with original hangtags and packaging attached.
- Unworn swimwear may only be returned with original hangtags attached.
- Only items purchased through jackspade.com may be returned to our online store. Items purchased through any of our wholesale partners must be returned to the place of purchase.
