Shipping

Our goal is to deliver your purchase as quickly as possible. All orders are shipped on business days (Monday through Friday) excluding holidays.  All orders have a processing time of 24 hours if the merchandise is in stock. Overnight delivery is available for orders placed on business days before 1pm.

Backordered items will be shipped to you as soon as they become available, therefore items ordered together may not always be shipped together. The exact shipping cost for your order will be added and displayed at checkout.

Repair Policy

jack spade stands behind all of its merchandise with a two year warranty. if your product has a manufacturing defect, we are happy to repair it free of charge.  however, there is a $20.00 shipping & handling fee charged for each item submitted for repair.  repairs should be sent insured to the following address via traceable mail:

be sure to include a note with your name, address, daytime phone number and email address along with a $20.00 check made payable to kate spade. processing time is three to four weeks.
if your handbag cannot be repaired because the damage is caused by general wear and tear, it will be returned to the address you provided.

Care Information

cotton canvas/twill 100% cotton exterior treated with a Teflon coating. clean with a damp cloth or spot dry clean. please note that fabric bags tend to wear over time.

leather vegetable tanned and dyed with natural dyes. slight anti-aqua finish added to exterior. as with all leather products, we suggest using soft cloth to wipe dry if exposed to water. if scratched, rub with leather cream or consult a cobbler.

nylon 100% nylon exterior treated with a Teflon coating. clean with a damp cloth or spot dry clean – do not allow article to be placed into the tumbler, as it will harm the construction and malign the color.

waxwear weatherproofed woven cotton soaked in turn-of-the-century paraffin for greater strength and abrasion resistance. when exposed to heat, the waxed surface “refinishes” itself, and marks from usage can fade. Scotchguard’s effectiveness fades over time so we recommend reapplying Scotchguard every six months or so.

Returns

New, unused full price merchandise may be returned for a refund or merchandise credit with a gift receipt within 30 days of purchase.

New, unused sale merchandise may be returned to our online store only within 30 days.

Shipping and handling costs, gift box costs and other charges are non-refundable.

In the case of shipping damages, please contact the carrier or our Customer Service department at (877) 917-5225.

If you choose to return your online purchase to a Jack Spade retail shop, you must present the original packing list and ship confirmation email. Without a receipt of any kind, you will be offered an exchange or merchandise credit for the item. Sale items are non-refundable.

Items purchased at a Jack Spade or kate spade retail shop, department store, or specialty store may not be returned to our online store.

Returns and Exchanges Procedures through www.jackspade.com

1. Before sending out your return/exchange package, please click "Your Account" to log in and locate the appropriate order under "Order History".  

2. Scroll down to "Create Return Request", select the items and reasons for the return and click "Create".  Your authorization number will be emailed to once we receive your request.

3. Print your confirmation email and include it with your package.

4. Pack and securely seal the merchandise in the original package if possible. Please write your RMA # very visibly on the outside of the package.
