Return Rules & Restrictions

When returning merchandise within the United States, return shipping is free when using the provided prepaid return label attached to your packing slip.

Return Rules
  • We accept returns of product shipped within the United States and Canada only. We do not accept returns for items shipped internationally.
  • Returns of full-price merchandise must be made within 30 days of purchase.
  • Returns on sale merchandise must be made within 14 days of purchase.
  • Final sale merchandise, and select promotions that are considered final sale, cannot be returned online.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in good condition with original hangtags and packaging attached.
  • Unworn swimwear may only be returned with original hangtags attached.
  • Only items purchased through may be returned to our online store. Items purchased through any of our wholesale partners must be returned to the place of purchase.
  • We do not support returns, re-ships, or re-credits for items shipped internationally.

Price Adjustments
  • Price adjustments will be honored within 7 days of the original purchase date and will be refunded in the original form of payment.
